Yin Flow + Oils - Summer Edition
Balance the summer heat with a cooling yin practice and refreshing oils, followed by a gentle vinyasa flow.
Yin yoga consists of seated poses held for a few minutes with the support of props and allows the practitioner to access deep layers of fascia in order to rejuvenate the connective tissues and muscles.
The essential oils paired with each shape are specifically chosen to cool down the body and mind and bring more clarity. We will finish with a gentle flow to move and create ease and spaciousness. Journaling prompts will be offered throughout the workshop to help you reflect on your intentions and desires for the summer.
Please bring or rent a mat, wear comfortable clothes, and bring a notebook to write in.
