Ayurveda is the sister of yoga, and provides extraordinary tools for self-healing and a well-lived, happy life. This workshop is accessible whether you know nothing about Ayurveda, or know the basics and want to dive deeper. Emilie will introduce the main Ayurvedic principles and will guide you to apply them to your daily life, through asanas, pranayama, diet, and lifestyle choices. The workshop will start with a lecture (questions welcome !) and will continue with a vinyasa flow practice built according to Ayurvedic principles to be beneficial for the season. We'll finish with a bit of journaling and by establishing an easy to follow, individual routine for the weeks to come.
Please rent or bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a notebook or journal to write in.
